World's Best Workforce Goals

All children are ready for school.

  • The percentage of preschool students who meet or exceed the expectation level for the social emotional domain on the TS Gold Assessment will move from 57% in 2022-23 to 62% in 2023-24. 

All racial and economic achievement gaps between students are closed.

  • Reading: At least 60% of students in each Racial/Ethnic group will meet or exceed their individual growth targets on the Spring 2024 NWEA MAP Reading test, and at least 30% in each Racial/Ethnic group will meet their accelerated growth target.
  • Math: At least 60% of students in each Racial/Ethnic group will meet or exceed their individual growth targets on the Spring 2024 NWEA MAP Math test, and at least 30% in each Racial/Ethnic group will meet their accelerated growth target.

All students are ready for career and college.

  • Farmington Area Schools will increase the percentage of students at or above college readiness benchmarks in all four subject areas from 15.6% to 31 % as reported by ACT for the Graduating Class of 2024.

All students graduate from high school.

  • Farmington Area Schools will increase the 6-year graduation rate from 95.3% to 100% by spring 2023.
